Formerly called a (Do-It-Yourself) DITY move, these are moves where you will pack and ship everything on your own.
What is Per Diem?
Per Diem entitlements are a key part of military moves, as they allow for a daily rate for you and your dependents while you travel from your old duty location to your new duty location.
Our current app is based on the entire family traveling together.
Families are not required to travel together.
For many families traveling separately is the best option. And, you will be reimbursed for your separate travel.
If you are considering traveling separately, contact your finance department.
